Whose paradigm is it anyway?

Have you ever stopped to think about the paradigms that are ruling your life? Paradigms are the set of beliefs, values, and assumptions that shape our worldview and guide our actions. As children, we come into the world innocent and pure, without any preconceived notions or belief systems. However, as we grow, our subconscious mind begins to develop, and we start absorbing the paradigms of the people around us.

Our subconscious mind is like a sponge that absorbs everything it comes into contact with. It's not until we become aware of the paradigms that are guiding us that we can start to change them. If you want to change your thoughts and how your life is going, you need to start by looking at the paradigms that are holding you back.

Let's take the example of money. If you're struggling with money, the first step is to identify the paradigms that are governing your relationship with money. List down five phrases that come to your mind when you think of money, and then determine if they're positive or negative.

Next, think back to where these beliefs came from. Was it your parents, your peers, or someone else? Once you've identified the source of your limiting beliefs, you can start to work on changing them. Remember, it's not your fault that you've internalized these beliefs. However, it's your responsibility to grow, learn, and do better.

Positive affirmations are a powerful tool for changing limiting beliefs. Your subconscious mind thinks in pictures, so when you use negative affirmations like "I do not want to," you're still attracting the things you don't want into your life. Instead, use positive affirmations like "I am excited to create abundance" or "I am a money-generating rock star" to reprogram your subconscious mind and attract positivity into your life.

Remember, the paradigms that are ruling your life are not set in stone. You have the power to change them and create the life you want. Take responsibility for your growth and start changing your limiting beliefs today.
