CEO and Founder

Tammy Ebright is the Founder of Unleash Your Amazing and an Intuitive Coach and Performance Improvement Consultant dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, communicate, and thrive. With over 30 years of sales success, including two decades in the mortgage industry, Tammy brings unmatched insight into achieving excellence in high-pressure environments.

Her journey of self-discovery began after the sudden loss of her husband, David, in 2012, leaving her as a solo mom to her two children, then just 4 and 10 years old. Navigating grief and the challenges of parenting alone, Tammy discovered her passion for guiding others toward personal growth, self-awareness, and authentic connection.

Tammy is certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, Acumen and is a dedicated student at the BG5 Institute, where she deepens her expertise in understanding unique human potential.

Now, as a mom to two incredible young adults, she empowers her clients to uncover their untapped potential, reignite their passion, and strengthen their relationships. Known for her warm, heart-centered approach, Tammy helps others explore their authentic selves, align with their strengths, and create meaningful growth in both life and business.
