My Path to Conscious Leadership
For years, I followed the traditional leadership and personal development path. I learned more skills, I pushed harder, I learned to "manage better," to do more.
But something was missing.
Despite success, I felt misaligned and disconnected from my energy. I didn't understand my intuition, and I was burntout. I began searching for answers, and that day, Human Design found me. Ultimately, I would become certified at the BG5 Business Institute, the business application of the system.
What I discovered changed everything.
Leadership isn't about fixing yourself; it is about understanding how you're designed to operate.
When I quit forcing myself into other people's leadership models, I found clarity, confidence, and a completely new relationship with work and my own decision-making.
