Our Path to Conscious Leadership

For years, our founder Tammy Ebright followed the traditional leadership path. She learned more skills, pushed harder, and worked to “manage better.” But something was missing.

Despite success on paper, she felt misaligned, disconnected, and burned out. Then Human Design found her and she eventually became certified at the BG5 Business Institute, the business application of the system.

What she discovered changed everything: Leadership isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how you’re designed to operate.

When she stopped forcing herself into other people’s leadership models, she found clarity, confidence, and a completely new relationship with her work and her decisions.

That experience became the foundation of everything we do at Unleash Your Amazing.

Our Story

Unleash Your Amazing was founded by Tammy Ebright after 30+ years in high-stakes sales and corporate leadership. What started as a one-woman coaching practice has grown into a team of certified facilitators and consultants, each bringing deep expertise in human behavior, BG5 Career Design, and leadership development.

Today, our team delivers two distinct program lines: the Unleash Your Amazing Leadership by Design program and Leadership Empowered by EQ, a TTI SI assessment-based program that develops emotionally intelligent leaders. We also offer individual coaching, assessments, and workshops.

Tammy Ebright is the founder of Unleash Your Amazing, LLC, bringing more than 30 years of experience across sales, leadership, and business development inside the auto and mortgage industries.

Tammy helps leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams cut through complexity, recognize their natural strengths, and understand what actually works for them. By combining real-world business experience with Human Design for Business and TTI Success Insights, she translates complex information into practical clarity that can be applied to leadership, communication, sales, relationships, and business performance.

Her strength is seeing the patterns beneath the surface and helping people connect the dots.

Her work is not about creating another formula to follow. It is about helping people understand what they can trust in themselves so they can lead, communicate, and create value with greater confidence and authenticity.

With 30 years in healing arts and a parallel career in performing arts (improv, stand-up comedy, corporate events), Janet brings a completely one-of-a-kind presence. Sometimes she opens a door gently. Other times her insight delivers the jolt that awakens a powerful new reality. Based in New York City.
