“I’ve learned to meet people where they are. I can’t move them forward if I’m not willing to sit in the seat that they’re in.”

“If you find one thing from Master Time Block that you can implement weekly or monthly, that’s a win.”

“Enforcement is important, but grace is one of the biggest things I can give. Had I not been given it many times, I wouldn’t be where I am.”
